Shipping

-Item(s) will be shipped by Air Parcel within 1 business days(weekend exclude).

-Since the item was registered and need a signature, it should not lost. If there is no one home, the postman will left a note at the mail box.

-Expedited shipping is not available at the moment, we mainly use EMS as a expedited shipping way, it's not reliable at the moment.

-Combined Shipping, pls message us before or after placing orders. We will return the extra fee thru paypal.

-Shipping time sometimes might be delayed by customs or bad weather or Holiday season; following is the estimated time period base on our experience.

Returns

If you receive any defective item(s) on arrival, please kindly contact us within 60 days after receiving. Our customer service representative will guide you the returning procedure for replacement.  A brand new replacement unit(s) will be sent to you at our shipping cost.

If you just don't need the item anymore, pls start the return process by emailing us or contact us page. After we received the returned item, if the item condition is good, we will then make a refund to you.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.
