**Affected by coronavirus, the following countries are not able to ship at the moment:  Croatia, Republic of, Cyprus,  Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova,  Dominica, Jamaica, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Bolivia,  Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Republic of the, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast),  South Africa,  China, Mongolia,  Sri Lanka, Fiji, Nauru, Solomon Islands** 

-Item(s) will be shipped by Air Parcel within 1 business days(weekend exclude).

-Since the item was registered and need a signature, it should not lost. If there is no one home, the postman will left a note at the mail box

-For most countries, shipping fee is included in the listing price. When check out, there will be options for shipping methods. If you need it faster, you may choose a express shipping when placing an order. It takes extra 28 USD for faster shipping. Order amount over 150 USD, there will be different fee table for express shipping. Pls choose the proper express shipping fee while checking out.

-Shipping time sometimes might be delayed by customs or bad weather or Holiday season; following is the estimated time period base on our experience.

Returns

If you receive any defective item(s) on arrival, please kindly contact us within 30 days after receiving. Our customer service representative will guide you the returning procedure for replacement.  A brand new replacement unit(s) will be sent to you at our shipping cost.

If you just don't need the item anymore, pls start the return process by emailing us or contact us page. After we received the returned item, if the item condition is good, we will then make a refund to you.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.
